Biografia: Hurts is a visual kei band along the lines of those one could find in
the late 1990s. While they define themselves as ‘goth punk’, ‘goth’
seems to be more in reference to their image and state of mind than the
music itself.
Although the band is fairly new, the members of hurts have been around
for some time. Its leader, Hina, already played in several well known
bands such as azalea, Sally (SCHELLEN) and Chelsea. Their bassist and
main composer, Mika, was also a part of azalea, and you can hear the
influence in hurts’ songs.
They released their first demo in December 2006 to introduce their own
“universe” after signing to the famous indie label, Undercode
Productions. Their first maxi-single soon followed on January 17th, 2007, before it
in turn was followed by a slew of other maxi-singles : Komaku x Candle
in February, Shita x Scissor in March, ACAPELLA to Zenritsusen in June
and Zettai Ryouiki no CANON in July.

Nota: Como aqueles que já conheciam a banda devem saber, a informação acima na biografia não está completa. Hoje em dia (como se lê no status da banda) a banda encontra-se "disbanded" o que é uma pena pois gostava bastante deles.. mas bem, hoje em dia já é normal.. Enfim, aqui fica algo para que mesmo assim não sejam esquecidos ^^
